Lip liner goes on very smoothly and easily. Does not dry out my lips. I received compliments wearing it alone but also like wearing it under the more sheer lipglosses. If you wear it under Twinkle toes the pink comes through and it reminds me of the Vogue lipstick but with more sparkle and shine.

This is pretty much the only lip pencil I've found without coconut ingredients and it works well. I wish they had more neutral shades to choose from because it's great.
