How To Build, Edit, Refill & Add-On

Step 1:

Choose Palette Size

Choose from 2 long-lasting, refillable, magnetic cases. The square holds 9 eyeshadow pans, and the rectangle holds 5. You can switch your choice anytime while building.

Step 2:

Choose Shades

Click any eyeshadow to begin, or select a starter set to see popular combos and edit from there. See shade guide below the builder.

Step 3:

Editing

To remove or switch a shade:
First, select it in your palette.
Then, de-select it in the list of shades OR select another shade to replace it with. Then, add to cart.

Step 4:

Refill & Add-On

Once you experience the magic of this system you'll want to add more. You can add shades or refill used-up shades on our eyeshadows refill page (same shades, no case).

    Love to switch it up with the seasons? Go for the 9-shade palette — plenty of room to play all year long.
    And if a shade doesn’t work out, don’t worry — you’ve got 6 months to return or exchange.

  • 6 Months Open-Container No-Rush Returns and Exchanges gives you plenty of time to put your palette to good use to determine if there's shades you're not actually using. Get a refund or exchange them for a different shade that might work better.

    We also understand that sensitive eyes never know if something is going to work for them or not. And while 98% of sensitive eye beauties agree they can wear our eyeshadow - we understand some still can't - you will not waste a penny for trying. And we are super confident that even if you can't wear other eyeshadow, ours is worth trying!

  • They are both refillable with a magnetic insert that your eyeshadow pan holds firmly to (until you're ready to change it or move it around).

    Z-Palette - Square compact with fold-flat cover, Holds 9, Super sturdy paper palette, see thru top window, cover held securely down by magnets.

    Infinite Palette - Rectangle, Holds 5, PCR Plastic, see thru window + mirror, 2 integrated foam applicators

  • No problem, you'll do that in the same way that you will shop for eyeshadow refills. The shades listed on this page are the same as on the refills page. You do not have to build a palette each time you want to add a shade or buy a refill.

    This builder is just for building a palette which includes one magnetic case of your choosing and at least one eyeshadow shade.

    To add a shade later or to refill an empty pan - head to eyeshadow refills to browse the shades or sort alphabetically.

  • These are not your average slim rectangle eyeshadow pans. Each pan is densely packed with pigment and with daily average use, one pan will last 6-9 months. With 2-3 times a week usage, one pan will last 9-12 months. And with once or twice a month usage, one pan will last 2 years.

    Expiration after opening: 24 months

    *Pro-Tip: write the date in sharpie on the bottom of the eyeshadow pan to know when it's time to replace or to see how very long your investment lasted!

    My second pallet

    I just purchased my second color pallet. Why? Because I just love this product. Severe eye allergies forced me to have to remove eye makeup. I cried! I love wearing makeup and was so crushed. I had never experienced such painful, red, itchy scaling eye lids before. I frantically started searching for an alternative. I found Red Apple. Please make a concealer and foundation.

    Loving life again

    I am in my 60’s and have worn makeup since 13. Months ago I developed severe allergic reactions to preservatives in eye makeup.. I was devastated when told eye makeup would have to go. I tried almost every brand with the same horrifying results. Red, burning, swollen, itchy and scaly eyes lids mortified me! I searched frantically and found RED APPLE. I so cautiously tried the eye makeup. First a few hours, then days, then weeks!! I LOVE this. It’s truly changed everything. I wear it ALL DAY with no problem!! I will shout it to anyone with eye makeup allergies. THIS IS FOR REAL!!! Please now make preservative free foundation, concealers, etc. I sing your praises.
