Fast Shipping
Complimentary ground shipping on US orders of $65 or more.

United States
Ground shipping is complimentary when you order totals the amount shown at the top of our website.
For orders totaling less than the specified free shipping amount, ground service is a flat rate, normally around $4.99 USD.
International
Rates for ground service are determined by the carrier and are applied to your order with no additional charge. Faster services are available and are listed on the cart page. -
All orders ship same day before a specific cut off time, and next day after our cut off time. Orders ship Monday thru Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday.

Your shipments tracking number will be emailed to you when we generate your shipping label. The email will be sent to the same email address you use when placing your order.

Orders may be tracked from your customer account. You may also track with your Order ID and email.

Order ship Monday through Friday expect on holidays.
We aim to ship orders same day when placed before 2pm CST but your order could require up to two business days from the date placed.

Canada USPS 20 β 30 days

We do not deliver to hotels.

The shipping fees are non-refundable. If an item is exchanged, the shipping fee for original order will not be refunded. You will not be charged for the second delivery unless a fast shipping method is requested.
