Love Letter has been my go-to lip gloss. It’s generally a soft, tender pink on my lips. Just a hint of something shiny and sweet, but never too over-the-top. My last purchase had a bit more glitter in it, so much so that I thought it was a different lip gloss. Andrea and Sharon were both SO GREAT! We determined it was Love Letter, but since I was disappointed in the color, they offered me full store credit, and both of them were so friendly and welcoming. It is so rare to have real people, in a cosmetics company, be so hands-on, and truly care about their customers and what is in their products. Knowing what’s in your makeup makes it so much easier to relax and have fun with it, instead of worrying that you might be poisoning yourself. RAL is AWESOME. I have A LOT of their wonderful products. :)

Love Letter is my second favorite. I am happy when I have this color to wear when I go out. It adds a very pretty color.
