It's a very dark bold brown. Not quite the right shade for me, But I love how bold and dark it is. It is very much like appley ever after but in brown instead of red.

I'd like to draw your attention to a section on each individual lipstick page that is easy to overlook. On the bottom right corner, you will see the words"Often Asked". When you click on it you will see the Product Color Family. This is really helpful in determining if a shade will turn out to be what you are looking for.
