Much lighter than Oh Snapdragon, but in the same hue range. In comparison to Secrets (another lavender pink), Pinkle Twinkle is more lavender and doesn’t have the intense shimmer that Secrets does. This very subtle shimmer adds beautiful dimension to this cool lipstick shade.

I found Red Apple Lipstick through Quicksilver Hair on YouTube and had to try it. I’m extremely sensitive to fragrance and preservatives in most makeup and have had to give almost everything up—except lip color, but even that has to be very clean.
I’ve been using a beef tallow tinted balm, which I like, but it doesn’t last. I also can’t use castor oil, which rules out a lot of “natural” lip products. So I was excited to find a castor-oil-free option from Red Apple Lipstick.
I picked up Pinkle Twinkle, hoping for something I could tolerate. What I didn’t expect was the best lipstick I’ve ever tried. The shade is perfect—my lips but better with a subtle sparkle. It feels great, wears beautifully, and actually lasts for hours.
