I cannot stand having peeling lips. Winter is a nightmare. But now with my humidifier and this plus the Rallye balm chapped, bleeding lips are finally a thing of the past. I had to be gentle the first several times of use on badly chapped lips because they would bleed, but as my lips adjusted they are SO soft. It's good stuff.
