As for using Prime Time, we recommend allowing it to set for about 30–60 seconds after application before applying your eyeshadow. This gives the primer enough time to create a smooth, slightly tacky base that helps your eyeshadow apply more evenly and stay in place longer.

It glides easily over my eyelid and upper brow. It is the perfect base for my eye shadow. I'm happy I purchased this product.
This primer is great u def the eyes to smooth and brighten my older eyes. This is also great for the lids. My lids are darker or red and this lightens and evens them. When I put my RAL eyeshadow on it looks so much better and lasts longer too!
This primer is lightweight, you won’t feel it on your eyelids. Decent coverage and the eyeshadow will really last. However there is a bit of a learning curve, if you apply too much it creases. You only need a little bit, this concealer will last a very long time.
I find I need the Prime Time Eye Shadow Primer daily as it adheres your eye shadow to your eyelids without the creasing that one experiences without it! It also makes for a very pretty eyelid!
