Though it appears dark in the tube it can be worn either way. If you like a deep vampy look, apply two coats, blotting in between. If you prefer a simple wine stain apply with our lip brush, then blot - it will leave you with a beautiful and light berry stain. In comparison to Fierce (our other wine tinted color) - Wine & Dandy has less brown and more purple and can be toned down a bit more.
