USVery Good Primer
I like this primer. It is not wet or dry. I have used it a few times so far and it is good at giving the eye shadow something to adhere to. You do not need a lot and waiting a minute before applying eye shadow after primer is applied makes it work best difference - so wait that minute out. Colors appear a little more intense so all you do is go a little lighter with application of the shadow color or skip primer. Depends on what kind of look you want. If colors are too light, the primer can help with that.

RAL advertised this as ‘oily lids BFF.’ It’s true! Through the summer I have used it and it works (I do put on shadow too). I wondered if the pan version would attract particles from the other eye shadows in my palette. But surprisingly it stays clean!
