    makes lips soft and comfortable.

    Applying lip products: 1st exfoliate, rub it in and tissue off. 2nd apply this balm and let it settle in, 3rd lip liner. 4th powder lips. 5th lipstick, a bit more because of powder. My lips are very thin and lipstick generally does not last. With my new application now it does last! Happy girl!!!!!
